Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

This is is a great pen so far

I have my fountain pen that I have been using for 10 years now. I thought I would try to upgrade. I received the new Waterman Hemisphere, put in a new ink cartridge and wrote with it. WOW WOW WOW.

My pen skates on paper so smoothly

I had a little problematic nib for my fountain pen initially- when I write things the pen ends up stopping feeding the ink intermittently. It seemed like the pen did not catch the speed of my writing so many times. Since it was my first Waterman fountain pen, I was not sure if it was supposed to like this. However, what I was for sure was if this fountain pen works like this, I will have to return it. After thinking for 1 week, I decided to try a replacement instead of return. THANK THE STATIONERS. Most definitely, there was a problem in the initial pen. The second pen just writes sooooo smooth that I feel like the nib is skating on paper almost immediately after I tried the new pen. I feel sooo happy that I made this purchase now. Thank you for excellent customer service for accepting my return
