HOW TO MAKE YOUR EXCHANGE
Natasha Kamal does not offer a refund policy however, if you wish to exchange any product within 14 days, you can contact our customer service centre by emailing us at email@example.com or can call us at +92-304-4444026 Please note, you will need your order reference number for our customer care representative to schedule the pick-up service.
TO ADD ITEMS TO YOUR SHOPPING BAG
Click the desired item, select the applicable size and then click the “Add to Bag” button.
To review the items in your shopping bag click the Shopping Bag Icon at the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
To continue shopping, simply click the “Continue Shopping” button in the bottom left-hand side of the screen; or to check out click the "Proceed to Checkout".
TO CHECK OUT:
Click the Shopping Bag icon at the top right-hand corner of your browser window. You will see the items you have selected, including each item’s price, your subtotal and delivery charges. You will also have the option to edit and remove items from your bag.
Enter any applicable Promotion Codes at the bottom of the screen and click “Apply”.
To exit out of your shopping bag and continue browsing, click the “Continue Shopping” button at the lower left-hand corner of the screen. To continue checking out, click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
Sign in, create an account, or choose to proceed as a guest—then follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
When your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. Save this email for your records, as it includes an order number that you can use to check the status of your purchase on your My Account page.
